Notes:
Left channel is shot for first 45 seconds of Let's Dance.  Right channel copied. Inexplicable gap in Golden Years at 1:17-1:19.  Let's Dance repair from same lyric at end of song. Another broken element straddling applause after Life On Mars? and start of Sorrow on left channel - right channel copied.
Left channel damaged again in the crowd noise after Cat People, and a 1 second piece at the start of China Girl - right channel copied. Tape flip between China Girl and Scary Monsters - seamless. Tape flip between Young Americans and Fame - seamless. Encore break gap between TVC 15 (@ 4:01) and Stay - removed cleanly. Substantial volume reprofiling required for Modern Love (way too quiet on source tape). Sector Boundary Errors fixed with TLH.
