A new album, a world tour and a great setlist with lots of surprises (little joke - sorry). Lots of great audience recordings from the current tour have seen the light of day and many are still to come. I received a box of not less than 44 audience tapes from the late 80's and early 90's. Most of them are unconfirmed first-gen directly from the master tapes. To remember that there have been monumental tours before like the WVT in 1990 I deceided to make high quality tape transfers of these tapes. Some cover artwork for these tapes would be very much appreciated if anybody wants to give this project a "face". I used a high-end Nakamichi tape deck for these raw tape transfers, no compression, no equalizing, no dolby. In most cases these transfers are 100% what we have on tape including all the cuts, crackles, hiss and flaws, speed issues and distortions, clappers and talkers. In some cases I did some level adjust and removed cuts. Some of these tapes may have suffered over the last 25 - 30 years. Each torrent contains two versions. The first version is a 16bit/44,1kHz version ready to burn on cd-r. On most transfers there’s a fade-out and fade-in according to the tape switch. Some volume boost (-2dB each chanel independently) and track splitting was performed using audacity on this first version. The second version is a raw and unedited 24bit/48kHz for remasters or merges. Please un-click this separate folder if you only want to listen to the cd-r version - you won't need it! Note: very nice recording, removed some cuts, slight level adjust track by track, cut in Blasphemous rumours due to tape flip, otherwise: "as it is" Please don't leave comments if you got nothing to say! Please leave comments about quality compared to previous versions only. Feel encouraged to share your rare uncirculated recordings instead of posting thanks-like comments. Support the artist, go to their shows and purchase their official releases. Convert to any lossy format only for your own (ab-)use. Please share in original flac files only with info file attached. Enjoy.
