Everything counts [6:30] Total Running Time: [1:31:07] Source: (low gen) audience tape Transfer: Nakamichi CR-4E - Sony PCM-M10 (24bit/48kHz) Software: Audacity - Trader's little helper (level 8 flac files) 2013 thefallenqueen tape transfer project Tape: No. 20 of 44 I used a high-end Nakamichi tape deck for these raw tape transfers, no compression, no equalizing, no dolby. In most cases these transfers are 100% what we have on tape including all the cuts, crackles, hiss and flaws, speed issues and distortions, clappers and talkers. In some cases I did some level adjust and removed cuts. Some of these tapes may have suffered over the last 25 - 30 years. Each torrent contains two versions. The first version is a 16bit/48kHz version ready to burn on cd-r. If you're using Nero software sample rate will be dithered to 44,1 kHz. On most transfers there’s a fade-out and fade-in according to the tape switch. Some volume boost (-2dB each chanel independently) and track splitting was performed using audacity on this first version. The second version is a raw and unedited 24bit/48kHz for remasters or merges. Please un-click this separate folder if you only want to listen to the cd-r version - you won't need it! Notes: at least 2 inferior sources exist, first misses the last 4 tracks, second has "Nothing" incomplete. This third source is the best sounding source and it's complete (2 cuts between the tracks removed)
