I did not recall how good REM were in the very early day! They really rocked and they sounded like a true underground band. I really had a great time to listen to this recording from RLR collection. The sound is actually great, the taper was probably located close to the PA because it sounds so pure and with little audience disturbance. First album, first tour. A few cover versions were slipped into the setlist. A great listening experience! ldb
