This was purchased over on ebay and is being liberated here. According to the guy who sold it to me, he bought it from somebody outside the venue as he was leaving the show. In which case I reckon this was probably recorded directly to some sort of hard drive - I’m not altogether sure if I believe the guy or not, but he seemed honest enough to me (for a seller). 

This show has suffered some compression, it might have been recorded at a low sample rate or perhaps it happened at some other point. The seller did me a favour by sending me his original discs for me to copy myself, so unless you can get a copy from the taper directly this is as good as it’s going to get, and this actually a pretty reasonable recording once you get through the initial mud around I Took Your Name.

I also did a little work on it to minimize the digital noise which was evident on the original discs, particularly on the song introductions like Kenneth and Everybody Hurts.
