Thanks to TC for the tape and to "Analog4011" for the use of his Rotel tape deck! No eq, no noise reduction, pitch slowed with Audacity.

Additional speed correction notes:
Despite the original note that the recording was already slowed, I found that it was still running fast. 
I applied a universal -2.0% speed adjustment in Audacity, and exported the results as retracked FLAC files.
TLH was used to fix SBE and create a new checksum.
