Notes:
Courtesy of ijwthstd.  I changed 24/48 > 16/44 using Adobe Audition 1.5, and fixed the SBEs with TLH.  I converted back to FLAC & created a .ffp. But the audio and the tracking are unaltered. 
This is the CD compatible 16/44 version.  Everything is seamless.
