I will upload a 16 bit, 44.1 kHz version soon. *** Tracks 01-04 recorded from section A, row 16 Tracks 05-16 recorded standing, slightly to the left and back of section A. Tracks 17-xx recorded standing, front of stage, in front of Dominic. So the volume increases from track 17 onward. First show with the new "Sting 3.0" line up: Sting - bass, vocals, acoustic guitar on Fragile Dominic Miller - guitar, background vocals Chris Maas - drums "Voices Inside My Head" started out with a pre-recorded track, with the band joining in one at a time (first Chris, then Dominic, then Sting). From track 17 onwards, there's ocassional distortion, slaps and crackles in the sound. I think this was from the on stage monitors. Dominic (even though wearing in-ears) seemed to notice this too, he seemed to be wincing at one point. Sting used a headset microphone all night, he didn't even have a microphone stand set up for him. This was a really fresh and exciting show - exactly what I had hoped for after the recent (to me, rather uninspiring) 3 years of live Sting. Chris is a great drummer. Dominic changed his playing a lot, too (check out "Englishman In New York" and "King Of Pain", for example). Dominic was also playing electric guitar on "Fragile", not bass. The pre show music was all power trios (I remember Green Day, King's X, ZZ Top, Alkaline Trio, Nirvana). A nice touch. Dimeadozen.org: Torrent 773081 (by pigsfromagun)
