Remastering Info:
So this one was pretty hard to listen to as a clone from the original discs.  Lizard did a horrible job with the speed and pitch of the tracks
they laid down on the discs.  So I felt compelled to make it more enjoyable.

Remastering performed in iZotope RX3 Advanced:
- The main London show ran too fast by a pace of approximately 5 beats per minute, so a time stretch of 4.2% was done in order to bring it back  to earth.  The bonus tracks from Melbourne were much closer to being correct, so they were left as is.

- The pitch of the London portion was too high by about 0.7 semitones (1.0 semitones = half step).  This has been fixed.

- The pitch of the bonus tracks was off even further, by roughly a half step.  Actually there was some variation in pitch just between the bonus tracks, and Bono's voice is pretty shot at this show, so things were a bit difficult to figure out.  Determining and adjusting the pitch of each bonus track individually didn't appeal to me, so I arrived at an adjustment of -0.9 semitones as a compromise that seems to work fairly well across the bonus set.  Not perfect, but so much better than it was.

- Since I was in there already, I figured I'd boost the gain by 2.74dB across all tracks since the levels were a bit low.  No clipping of course.

- Trader's Little Helper v2.7.0 (Build 172) to fix the SBE's caused by time stretch.
