Notes:
I transferred this show from a low-generation cassette,received long time ago from a collector who bought form a record fair in London few of months after the show.Unfortunately the tapes were duplicated into a 90-minute cassette and "40" was cut off after about 2/3 minutes. I added as a bonus track "40" complete,transferred from another source (low-generation). 
This is my third transfer from cassette of this show (the others were from different sources).I think it is the best of the three.
