The show was broadcast and broadcast-derived audio of the performance has circulated for years and can be found on YouTube and other torrents, but I've never found the sound from those sources to be particularly appealing. Several months ago our friend cpscps posted a fine audience recording of the show on his YouTube channel, recorded by jlizard. I asked if he could share the raw audio and if he was open to me doing a remaster. He did and he was, the results of which are here. The original recording was quite good, with full, up-close sound and little audience interference, though perhaps lacking a little detail, instrument separation and punchiness which I hope the JEMS remaster solves for. I've always enjoyed U2's performance on this day and now the remastered audio will serve as my go-to version of the show. Thanks to cpscps for sharing the file with us, to jlizard for his fine master recording and to mjk5510 for handling post production. BK for JEMS U2Torrents.com: Torrent 11093 (by one8ung)
