Review: 
Nice show. During 'Bullet the Blue Sky' Bono brings up a male fan who is dressed as MacPhisto, Bono's old alter-ego from the Zooropa Tour of 1993. Bono gives the fan his hat and jacket and wears MacPhisto's horns and gold jacket - the first MacPhisto appearance since 1993.
